Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you", "your") and PeptideAIx ("we", "us", "the service").
By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be notified to your registered email address at least 14 days before they take effect; non-material changes are logged in the Version history below.
What PeptideAIx is
PeptideAIx is a web-based educational tracking tool. It lets you:
- Define protocols (peptides you take, dose schedules, cycle lengths).
- Calculate syringe draws for the doses you choose to take.
- Log dose events, check-ins, and other activity to keep your own personal records.
- Get summaries and adherence statistics over time.
What PeptideAIx is NOT: not a medical device, not a pharmacy, not a healthcare provider, not a prescription service. The service does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend doses, or substitute for clinical judgment. Always involve a qualified, licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol.
Eligibility
To use PeptideAIx you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you're using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must not use the service if you're prohibited from doing so under the laws of your country of residence or any country where the service is accessed from.
Your account
When you create an account you provide an email address and either create a password or sign in with a supported identity provider. You're responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials confidential.Don't share your password. Use a unique password not used elsewhere.
- All activity that happens under your account. If someone else accesses your account, the actions they take are attributed to you.
- Notifying us at support@peptideaix.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Accurate information. The email address you register with must be valid and yours; we use it for account recovery and security notifications.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe these obligations are being violated — see Termination below.
Educational use — not medical advice
This is the most important section. Read it carefully. By using PeptideAIx you accept the framing below without exception.
PeptideAIx is provided strictly for educational and personal-tracking purposes. Nothing in the service — including the dose calculator, the future AI coach feature, the library of compounds, any quick-reference content, or any response to a support email — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment recommendation.
You acknowledge that:
- Peptides, including research peptides, can have serious health effects. Many are prescription-only or unapproved for human use in your jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for any decision to obtain, possess, or use any peptide. You will comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You will consult a qualified, licensed clinician(a medical doctor, registered nurse practitioner, or equivalent) before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol, and before relying on any information surfaced by the service.
- Dose calculations performed by the service are tools for personal record-keeping, not professional recommendations. You are responsible for verifying every calculation before acting on it.
- The service does not screen for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, allergies, or other safety considerations specific to your medical history.
If you experience an adverse health event, seek immediate medical attention from a qualified clinician — do not rely on the service for emergency or urgent care guidance.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use the service for any illegal activity, including (but not limited to) the supply, sale, or distribution of controlled or unapproved substances.
- Use the service to track doses or protocols for anyone other than yourself, unless that other person has given explicit informed consent.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the service — including attempting to access other users' data, exploiting vulnerabilities, or running automated scripts that exceed reasonable use.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service (beyond what's legally permitted).
- Scrape, mass-harvest, or systematically extract data from the service.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that violates any third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or attempt to harvest other users' email addresses.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or any part of it without our prior written consent.
Your content
You retain all rights to the data you put into the service ("Your Content") — your protocols, compounds, dose logs, check-ins, notes, etc.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process Your Content only as required to provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the relevant data or your account.
We do not use Your Content to train AI/ML models, share it with third parties for marketing, or sell it. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Our intellectual property
The PeptideAIx name, logo, brand, copy, software, code, underlying database schema, UI design, and all related materials are owned by us (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use, as long as you comply with these Terms. We reserve all other rights.
The library of compounds, dose information, classes, and reference data shown in the service is compiled from publicly available sources for educational reference. We do not claim ownership of underlying scientific facts.
Emails we send you
By creating an account, you agree to receive emails in two categories, with different opt-out rules per category.
Required emails (cannot be opted out of)
These are necessary for your account to work. Disabling them would break sign-in, recovery, or your ability to authenticate, so they always fire:
- A one-time welcome message when your account is created.
- Email verification for accounts created with an email address and password.
- Password resets when you request them.
- Security notices — for example, if we detect a sign-in from an unusual location, or if these Terms or the Privacy Policy materially change.
- Replies to support questions you send us.
Service nudge emails (opt-out)
A small set of emails to help you get value out of the service you signed up for. Sent under the legitimate interestlawful basis — they're directly tied to the product you registered for, not unrelated promotional content. Examples today + planned:
- An onboarding nudgeif you haven't created a protocol within an hour of signing up.
- Product changelog emails when something material ships that affects how you use the service (planned; not yet active).
You can opt out of all service nudge emails at any time, in either of two places:
- One-click linkin every nudge email's footer. Lands you on a confirmation page — one more click and you're off the list.
- Profile page → Email preferences section. Toggle off any time.
Once you opt out, the suppression is honoured globally — no further nudge email is sent to your address until you opt back in (same profile toggle). The opt-out has no effect on the required emails above.
Pure marketing emails
Newsletters, promotions, and any communication not directly tied to your existing use of the service remain opt-in only. We don't send any of these today. If we ever do, they'll be gated behind an explicit opt-in checkbox at signup or in your profile — they will not start firing without your affirmative consent.
Fees and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost.
Paid plans (Pro, Practitioner, etc.) are not yet available. When they launch, terms specific to paid subscriptions — pricing, billing cycle, refund eligibility, cancellation — will be added to this section and you'll be notified via the changelog policy in section Changes to these terms before any payment is processed.
Complimentary memberships
We may grant you complimentary (free-of-charge) access to a paid plan — for example as an early member, via a promotional sign-up code, or at our discretion. A complimentary membership:
- Is time-limited.It runs for the period we specify when it's granted (e.g. one or two months) and ends automatically when that period expires, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is retained — only paid-plan features pause.
- May require regular use. Some complimentary memberships — those we grant directly, outside a promotional code — lapse early if you do not sign in at least once every seven (7) days; we send a reminder email first, and a lapse is permanent for that grant (we may, but are not obligated to, issue a new one). Memberships redeemed through a promotional code run their full stated term regardless of how often you sign in. We tell you which applies in the email confirming your free access.
- Is not a paid subscription. No fee is charged, no payment method is required, and a complimentary membership confers no refund, credit, or cash value. It is not a promise of continued free access beyond its stated term.
- Can be ended or changed by us at any time, with or without notice, including if a promotional code is withdrawn or if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Promotional sign-up codes are valid only until their stated expiry, may be limited in number, and grant the complimentary term we associate with each code at the time of redemption.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available"basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes (but isn't limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses; or that any data, calculation, or content provided by the service will be accurate or reliable for any particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the service or any information surfaced by it is suitable for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical purpose. See Educational use — not medical advice above.
Where consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you warranties that cannot be excluded (for example, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees), those warranties apply notwithstanding this section.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will PeptideAIx, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Personal injury, illness, or death arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any decision you make about peptide use that is informed in any way by the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in that 12-month period, or (b) AU$50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law (including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptideAIx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use or misuse of the service.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or any third party's rights.
- Your Content (as defined above).
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you'll cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time via /profile → Danger zone → Delete my account (once that flow ships) or by emailing support@peptideaix.com in the meantime. On deletion we wipe your protocol data per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, used the service for an unlawful purpose, attempted to compromise the integrity of the service, or made the service legally unsafe for us to continue providing to you.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive any termination of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
For any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by emailing support@peptideaix.com with the subject line "Dispute". We'll attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia for any unresolved dispute. Nothing in this section waives any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Every change is logged in the Version history at the bottom of this page with the date, version, and a summary of what changed.
Material changes (changes that affect your rights or obligations, new fees, jurisdiction shifts) trigger an email notification to your registered address at least 14 daysbefore they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't accept the changes, stop using the service and delete your account before the effective date.
Cosmetic updates (typo fixes, broken-link repairs, clarifying wording) are not versioned and do not trigger notification.
Miscellaneous
Entire agreement: these Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment:you may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you'll be notified.
Independent contractors: nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Questions about these Terms? Email support@peptideaix.com and a real person will reply, usually within one business day.
For formal legal notices (e.g. service of process), use the same address with subject line "Legal notice" so it can be routed correctly.
Version history
We'll log substantive changes here so you can see what changed and when. Minor wording fixes (typos, link updates) are not versioned. Material changes (new data uses, new third parties, jurisdiction shifts) bump the version and we'll email you if you have an account.
- v1.4May 28, 2026Clarified the complimentary-membership 'regular use' rule. The weekly-login lapse now explicitly applies ONLY to memberships we grant directly — memberships redeemed through a promotional code run their full stated term regardless of activity. This is a loosening in users' favour (a promo-code member can't lose their term by going inactive). No change to expiry, refunds, or any other right.
- v1.3May 28, 2026Added a 'Complimentary memberships' subsection under Fees and billing. Covers free-of-charge, time-limited Pro access we may grant (directly or via promotional sign-up codes): it expires automatically at the end of its stated term, lapses early if you don't sign in at least once every 7 days (with a reminder first), carries no refund/credit/cash value, isn't a paid subscription, and can be ended or changed by us at any time. No change to your rights on paid plans (still not yet available), governing law, or limitation of liability.
- v1.2May 24, 2026Email preferences: rewrote the 'Emails we send you' section to reflect the actual implementation. Previously the section said marketing email would be 'opt-in only' — in practice we've shipped 'service nudge' emails (e.g. onboarding reminders) as opt-OUT under the legitimate-interest basis, with a one-click unsubscribe in every email + a profile-page toggle. Pure promotional / unrelated marketing remains opt-in. No change to your rights, our obligations, governing law, or limitation of liability — just an honest description of the email categories you'll actually receive and how to switch them off.
- v1.1May 24, 2026Added a short cookies and storage section that cross-references the new in-app cookie preference chooser. Plain-English pass throughout: replaced specific vendor and technology names with role-based descriptions wherever they weren't legally required. No change to your rights, our obligations, governing law, or limitation of liability.
- v1.0May 24, 2026Initial publication. Establishes educational-only positioning, eligibility (18+), acceptable use, intellectual-property allocation, limitation of liability, and governing law (New South Wales, Australia).
